DOZENS of tractors led a procession for the funeral of young Jack Allott last Friday.
The tractors lined up along Ardsley Hill before making their way into the crematorium for the Darton Academy pupil.
The ‘Tractor Lads Around Penistone’ group, who helped organise the procession, said: “On behalf of the Tractor Lads Around Penistone and Jack’s family, we want to thank absolutely every one of you who turned up to give Jack the best send-off.
“Thanks to all the tractor drivers, marshals and anybody else who helped in any way. We would also like to apologise to anybody we inconvenienced. We believe there was approximately 100 vehicles. Thank you all so much.”
