A BAND released their latest single - thanks to help from pupils at a local primary school.
Cellar Thieves revealed their new song - called ‘Blue Eyed Boy’ - on YouTube last week.
Along with band members Karen Greenbank - who wrote the song - and John Fuller, the music video featured the work of pupils from Lacewood Primary School in Bolton-upon-Dearne.
John, who also works as a guitar teacher, knew he wanted to get the pupils involved as soon as he heard them play and on Monday the whole school joined together for an assembly to watch the recently released video.
He told the Chronicle: “These are unbelievable kids.
“I teach right across the borough, even all the way to Penistone, but these kids are amazing.
“They grew up in a tough area, but these kids haven’t let that hold them down.
“They’re fabulous and have done a really good job.”
