POLICE in Barnsley have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in relation to an assault outside a town centre bar.
It’s reported that at around 5.30am on October 8, an assault took place outside Digital Bar on Wellington Street.
The assault caused serious injuries, which required hospital treatment, to the victim.
A police spokesperson said: “An investigation has been launched and officers are keen to identify the man in the CCTV images as they feel he may be able to assist with enquiries.
