Discharges at hospital being delayed
LESS than two-thirds of patients deemed well enough to be sent home from Barnsley Hospital are actually discharged, new figures show. NHS England figures show an average of 123 patients at the hospital were considered well enough to be discharged each day in the week to January 19. The 11 tries were scored by ten different players, with Danie Tierney going over twice. A MAN has been handed a life sentence after murdering a Barnsley woman in a ‘brutal and sustained attack’ at his flat in Leeds.
