Wombwell Town missed out on the NCEL Division One title on the final day of the league season and will now join Dearne and District in the play-offs.
Town beat Athersley Rec 4-1 on Saturday, with Jack Dando and Edward Agnew bagging braces before Adam Stubbs pulled back for Rec who finished 18th.
That left the Wombwell club second on 94 points because Horbury Town beat Maltby 4-1 to take the only automatic promotion place.
Town now host Ilkley Town in the play-off semi-final on Saturday with the winners taking on either Wakefield or Dearne - who play on the same day - in the final on April 26.
Fourth-placed Dearne won 5-2 at home to South Leeds in their final league game.
Curtis Wilkinson put them in front then, after the visitors went 2-1 up, Jamie Austin levelled with a penalty before completing his hat-trick with Jake Phillis also on target.
Worsbrough Bridge finished sixth, one place outside the play-offs, after a 2-2 draw at home to Armthorpe.
Finley Durkin and Jake Squires put Bridge 2-0 up but they conceded twice late on.
