A MAN could be extradited having been accused of fleeing his home country following a serious assault.
Arkadiusz Zegarowicz, of Hawthorne Street, Barnsley, will attend a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on September 24.
The 41-year-old remains on bail having been charged by Polish police through the Extradition Act 2003.
