Wombwell Town are third, seven points off Horbury Town who are in the only automatic promotion place.
Town have a game in hand on the leaders but would need Horbury to drop points in two of their three remaining games to have a chance of catching them. They are behind second-placed Wakefield on goal difference, with both having four games to play.
They drew 1-1 at South Leeds on Wednesday.
