A MAN murdered in an 'execution-style' shooting has been found near a so-called public sex spot in High Hoyland.
The investigation was launched by West Yorkshire police on Wednesday after the body of an unidentified man with gun shot wounds was found at the side on the road on Litherop Lane.
Police were called in at about 10.30pm on Tuesday night after reports from passers-by that a body was in a lay-by.
The man is understood to be in his 40s and from Wakefield.
