North Gawber gained their first victory of the County Senior League Division One season with a 5-2 success at Caribbean Sports.

Gawber had previously lost all five games after being relegated out of the top flight last season.

But they won easily at Caribbean who were also pointless.

The scorers were Jake Bedford, Matt Blakey, Scott Chipchase, Joshua Collinson and Carter Fairclough.

Second-placed Barnsley Town won 5-2 at Parkgate reserves.

Ryan Wingrove scored a hat-trick, including two goals in added time, as Wombwell Main won 3-2 at home to AFC Dronfield in the Premier Division.

Main, who came from 2-1 down late on to win, are now second - only off top on goal difference - with 16 points from seven games.

Dodworth won 2-0 at home to Sheffield City.

Silkstone United drew 2-2 at home to Swinton Athletic.

Royston won 4-1 at home to Youdan in Division Two. Thomas Dobby, Owen Gladwell, Chris Roome and Blade McNicholas scored.

Elsecar Main won 2-0 at North Gawber reserves.
