BARNSLEY Schoolgirls under 12s won the Yorkshire Federation Cup with a 2-1 victory over Sheffield.
They bounced backed from losing the National Final the previous week, despite being 1-0 down at half-time in the second final.
Harlow Sylvester-Bedford levelled then Lily Clarke secured the 2-1 win.
Manager Jon Bedford said: “The girls have had a fantastic season, finishing as runners-up in the league and the National Final.
“We got what we deserved in this final and went one better.
“We couldn’t be happier for the girls.
“They’ve been an absolute pleasure
to coach and we’re so happy they finished the season with some deserved silverware.”
