Barnsley cyclist Imogen Wolff continued her excellent year with a bronze medal at the Junior World Road Championships in Zurich, Switzerland.

The 18-year-old from Silkstone Common finished third in the time-trial on Tuesday, behind her fellow Great Britain rider Cat Ferguson and Slovakia’s Viktoria Chladonova.

Wolff, who is a professional cyclist, will now compete in the road race on Thursday which is thought to be her stronger of the two events.

She had won two golds in the Track World Championships in China last month.
