Newly-crowned champions Barnsley FC women will play on the main pitch at Oakwell from 7.30pm on Wednesday.
The Reds won the North East Premier on Sunday and now host Wakefield on Wednesday, when they will lift the trophy.
The men's under 21s side are due to host Burnley in their final game on the main pitch from 1pm on Tuesday.
Entry is free for both games.
