A BARNSLEY man who admitted raping an 11-year-old girl will be sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court today.
At around 11.30pm on Sunday, September 10, a young girl was raped inside a property on Spencer Street, Barnsley.
Ziad Taibi, of Spencer Street, was subsequently arrested on suspicion of rape and engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl under 13, and was last month charged with both offences.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual activity with a child under 13 and two counts of rape of a child under 13.
