NICKY Cadden has a chance of returning from injury on Saturday for Barnsley against Wycombe Wanderers while Herbie Kane is not too far behind, says head coach Michael Duff.
Left wing-back Cadden limped off against Cheltenham Town two weeks ago with a calf problem and has missed the last three games.
Duff said he would ‘hopefully be in contention’ to play.
Meanwhile, midfielder Kane is nearing the end of his recovery from a groin problem he picked up in the summer.
Duff told the Chronicle: “He mentioned about trying to get a part in the Leeds game (on Wednesday), I don’t know if that’s too early.
“But the fact that he’s talking like that shows he is getting closer. Hopefully it will be ten days.”
Duff said Michal Helik was still at least two weeks away from recovering from a groin injury.
