Penistone Church lost 2-0 at NCEL Premier leaders Silsden.
That left them tenth with three league games remaining as well as a League Cup semi-final.
Manager Steve Lenthall said: “Their first goal was not a goal, the referee and the linesman have got it wrong, that is two bad decisions against us in two weeks.
“It was frustrating that after the game a Silsden fan was showing our players that the ball didn’t go over the line because he filmed it on his phone.
“It was the wrong decision but we got on with it.
“Their second goal was sloppy work from us.
It was frustrating because I think we dealt with their front three, who were always going to be a threat, well. I’m not saying we deserved anything out of the day, they were the better team and they’re top of the league for a reason.
“I cannot fault any of my lads, they’ve given 120 per cent.
“We’ll now concentrate on our final three league games, two at home and one away. We want to make sure we finish the season on a high.”
Church have been drawn at Knaresborough in the cup.
