Worsbrough Bridge won 1-0 at home to Golcar United in the League Cup on Wednesday.
Golcar are competing for the title in the league above.
But they were beaten by a Harry Spooner goal for Bridge midway through the first half.
Worsbrough are unbeaten in 11 games, winning nine.
They are in the cup quarter-finals.
