Athersley Rec came from 2-0 behind to win 4-2 at home to Louth Town on Saturday in NCEL Division One.

Rec trailed 2-0 at the break but Nicholas Lasousis and Nathan Perks, with a penalty, scored within two minutes to level. Perks gave the hosts the lead then Carter Tingle secured the win. Rec are now fifth, with 28 points from 14 games.

Second-placed Wombwell Town won 4-0 at Shelley.

Gavin Allott scored twice with Joshua Nodder and Jack Wilson also on target.

Third-placed Dearne and District drew 1-1 home to Harrogate Railway on Saturday, with Justin Circuit quickly replying to an early opener.

Worsbrough Bridge won 2-1 at Selby Town.
