THE TITLE race in the Central Midlands League swung back in Dearne and District’s favour this week.
They won 5-0 against bottom club Glapwell while second-placed Doncaster City led 3-0 at home to AFC Bentley on 80 minutes but drew 3-3.
That means Dearne are ten points clear of City who have three games in hand.
Dearne have six games left to play so six wins would secure first place.
Elite AFC lost 4-2 at home to Staveley.
