A DOG owner whose pet was deemed ‘dangerously out of control’ is set to be sentenced next month.
Jon Jones, of Mellor Road, Wombwell, pleaded guilty to being the owner of the dog - a German shepherd and Belgian malinois cross - which was in Furlong Court, Goldthorpe, in October last year.
The 30-year-old will be sentenced at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on October 16.
