MICHAEL Duff has won League One’s Manager of the Month for the third time this season.
The Barnsley head coach was given the award in November and December and now February in which they won five out of six games.
Duff said: “It’s a nod of recognition to the football club – the staff and people like Beth (Sefton).
“It’s acknowledgement of everything coming together. I pick up the award but it’s not about me.
“We’ve lost two games in four months so we must be doing something right. If the season was 25 games old we’d be in the top two.
“But it started earlier.
“Manager of the Month doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things. But it is a nice thing.”
