Our printed paper is still available from your local supplier, however we understand with some people in isolation it may be difficult for you to get hold of a physical copy of the paper. We wanted to offer readers the chance to access a digital copy of the whole paper - for some people it's their only link to the local community.

We planned to offer electronic editions of the paper on our new website in late spring but have fast-tracked the project to offer online versions of the paper and make them available immediately.
We also offer print subscriptions if anyone would like a copy posting out to them each week.
Here at the Barnsley Chronicle we employ over 100 local people - while we do everything we can to support local businesses - we ourselves are a local business and also ask for the support of people in the community to enable us to continue bringing you the local news, week in week out which we have done for over 160 years.
