A LIFT will be the venue for the smallest 'world's biggest coffee morning' for the Macmillan cancer charity.
People across the borough will be brewing up and eating cakes for their own coffee morning events on Friday as part of the charity's flagship fundraiser.
But the team at Dearne FM are doing things a little differently - broadcasting live from a glass lift near Massarella's Coffee Shop.
Breakfast show host Joe Sentance said they wanted to turn the idea of the 'world's biggest coffee' morning on its head and listeners came up with the idea of doing it in one of the Alhambra's glass lifts.
"I'm looking forward to a morning of ups and downs," said Joe.
