A BARNSLEY singer’s first single has raised hundreds of pounds for a charity that helps children with life-threatening illnesses.

Adam Shaw’s Let Me Baby has racked up £300 for the Lily Grace Cunliffe Foundation and Adam has handed the sizeable donation over to Daniel Beever, Lily’s grandfather, who is in charge of the fund.

Adam, 32, of Dodworth Road, spent more than a year writing, producing, and recording his debut, working with Barnsley-based production company, Big Sky Records.
