A YOUNG wrestler from Barnsley is hoping to become a WWE superstar, following in the footsteps of his heroes to entertain audiences across the globe.
Kai Frostick, 14, started wrestling at the tender age of 12.
The Kirk Balk Academy pupil, of Primrose Way, Hoyland, got into wrestling after spotting an advert for training - and soon picked it up.
“I have watched wrestling for a long time and a couple of years ago I saw an advertisement in a newspaper for wrestling training so I went to it and they showed me lots of moves that look a lot easier than they actually are, like how to fall so I don’t injure myself.
“It usually takes the average wrestler to train three to four years before they can go on live shows which I did in only seven months.”
