HEMINGFIELD cyclist Jenson Young won round eight of the Yorkshire Cyclocross League this week.
The 23-year-old crossed the line first in the event in Peel Park, Bradford.
He is now due to compete in the final face of the National Cyclocross on Sunday – which is also in Bradford.
Jenson is currently third in the standings having finished fourth in the first event then third in the next two before the last one was cancelled in December due to poor weather.
