SHE might look little worse for wear these days but this old cat is feline just fine...
Treacle, who has just marked her 22nd birthday, was dumped on the drive to Rob Royd Boarding Kennels and Cattery at Worsbrough, taped up in a box along with her litter of four kittens.
She was taken in by the kennel and cattery owners and up to four years ago preferred to sleep outside. But with her twilight years setting in, old Treacle has moved in with the owner’s daughter, Dawn Wood, who lives on the site.
The black cat is now Facebook famous after Dawn, 47, circulated Treacle’s story on the social media website, which at the last count had been shared more than 69,000 times.
