IT’S been a difficult year for two brothers who have been trying to run a coach company following the death of their father.

Yorkshire Rose Holidays founder Steve Mills died aged 57 last January, and sons David and James have been keeping things running since then despite having the firm’s bank accounts frozen and huge difficulties with probate and transferring the liabilities of finance agreements for the firm’s seven coaches from their late father’s name.

But as of this month they are now fully in control of every aspect of the business.
