ADAM Phillips is back in full training and could play a part in Saturday’s FA Cup game at Port Vale.

The midfielder has missed the last two league games with bruising on his Achilles.

Meanwhile, striker Sam Cosgrove missed the game at his former club Shrewsbury on Saturday with a back problem. Head coach Darrell Clarke hinted he was not in training yet but ‘getting there’.

Asked about how a strong a team he would pick in the cup, Clarke said: “We have one or two knocks, and things we need to be cautious about. We’ll be competitive, ready and well-prepared for Port Vale.

“We’re not taking it lightly and want to continue our good form.”
