Barnsley FC women drew 1-1 at Huddersfield Town on Thursday in the National League Division One North.
They fell behind then Freya Walton headed in a leveller on 62 minutes.
The Reds remain winless, with three points from their first five games, but the point took them off the bottom of the table.
Barnsley now host Stoke City on Sunday in the League Cup from 2pm on the showcase pitch.
