A BARNSLEY actor has landed a starring role in an advert for a Remington beard trimmer.
Tom Briggs, of Worsbrough, plays a depressed office worker with an oversized beard.
He is seen travelling home on the bus when he spots an advert for the new ‘Beard Boss’.
He goes to work having used the trimmer, with a new-found confidence.
He is seen emptying his boss’s bin over his head and pours coffee down himself before walking through the office where he gets nods from his colleagues and a cheeky kiss from a female worker.
The advert finishes with Tom stroking his beard as he enters a lift and pointing at the camera.
