THREE more Barnsley men have been jailed for their part in the violent disorder in Manvers in August.

Joshua Lane, 27, of Park Road in Brierley, was seen rocking a police van as well as throwing rocks and planks of wood at officers.

He was wearing distinctive clothing and was found following an online appeal.

Yesterday, he was sentenced to two years and eight months in jail for violent disorder.

Ricky Cotton, 32, of Broadwater in Bolton-upon-Dearne, was sentenced to two years and four months in jail.

He lashed out at officers and also placed an item that was on fire into a nearby bin whilst goading those at the scene.
