Michael Bates took four wickets but Wath fell to seven for five.
They remain five points ahead of second-bottom Barnsley Woolley Miners 2nd XI who were dismissed for 51 chasing 219 at Ackworth.
Last-placed Houghton Main were removed for 136 in an eight-wicket loss at Sheffield Collegiate.
