WORLD renowned Egyptologist Joann Fletcher will probably be one of the only people across the country not tuning in to her new four-part documentary which airs next month.
‘Immortal Egypt with Joann Fletcher’ will be shown on BBC from January 4.
But a reluctance to watch herself on screen, coupled with the fact she has worked on it for the last 12 months, means she won’t be watching.
The series squeezes 20,000 years of history into four hours and is different to Prof Fletcher’s previous television shows in that it doesn’t focus on one person or one period of time.
