Shaw Lane FC will host League Two Mansfield Town in the first round of the FA Cup on the weekend of November 4.
The Ducks, who play in the seventh tier of English football, won 2-1 in the final qualifying round against National League side Barrow.
They will now welcome Steve Evans, the former Rotherham and Leeds manager, and his team which could include ex-Barnsley men such as Paul Digby, Danny Rose, Jacob Mellis and Kane Hemmings.
