AN EXHIBITION dedicated to Dickie Bird and his career in cricket is coming to Experience Barnsley museum in the new year.
Museum staff have already visited Dickie twice to begin the mammoth task of ferrying his vast collection of cricket memorabilia from his home to the town hall.
“They came in a big 4x4 but I reckon it’s going to take quite a few trips,” said Dickie.
