BARNSLEY motorsport star Oliver Rowland has returned to previous team Nissan for the 2024 Formula E Season.
The 30-year-old from Penistone competed for Nissan from 2018 to 2021, before moving to Mahindra for the 2022 season.
He began competing for Mahindra in this year’s series but left in late May.
Rowland said: “I’m really excited, it’s a bit of a homecoming for me, back to the place I started my Formula E journey and somewhere I had a lot of success.
“The team has been on a great trajectory over the last year, with performances improving.
“I’m looking forward to getting back to work, ready to go and can’t wait to see what we can do as a team.”
