A WATH woman has won an international poetry competition.
Jessica Hempshall, from Oak Road, Wath, submitted her poem I Grew Up In Wath-Upon-Dearne to Realistic Poetry International after hearing about a competition online.
And while the 19-year-old didn’t bag the top prize, she did receive a special award in special recognition of her work.
